It’s been a really great weekend here at SMUS with tons of options and activities to get folks out of the house for a break between studying. There were field trips to Fisherman’s Wharf and Craigdarroch Castle, cooking classes and a food-lover’s tour of Victoria, a movie night to see Doctor Strange, a visit to the Butterfly Gardens, and an exciting couple of days cheering on our Senior Girls’ Soccer Team as they hosted (and won!) ISA provincials.

Today, we capped it off with highly competitive house games featuring basketball, kickball and Family Feud, and then a fantastic boarders’ chapel hosted by our neighbours in Timmis House.

This week will be a busy one with lots of exams and projects coming up for the end of Term 5, but there is definitely a light at the end of the tunnel and it’s only getting brighter!
