It has been so lovely to have all our new and returning boarders back in Winslow house. This first week has been a busy one, filled with meeting new faces, classes and sports resuming, and spending time with each other.
We had an outdoor movie night, went on tours around Victoria with our grade 12’s, competed in House Games, and attended our first Community Dinner and Chapel.
House Games involved competing against the other boarding houses as students rotated through six stations completing tasks such as building lego structures, hula hoop tosses, and relay races. Our Winslow team brought great team spirit and cheered each other on throughout the events.
The upcoming weeks bring opportunities to settle into our new routine, sign up for school sports and continue getting to know each other and build our community.
